Even though it’s only the second book in the Sparrow Falls series, it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites.The writing is incredibly well done—the small-town atmosphere feels immersive, the characters are deeply layered, and the themes of finding yourself and building the life you deserve are woven in so naturally. I especially loved Shep and Thea’s story. Thea is such a complex, beautifully written character, and watching her come into her own alongside the family and friendships she finds in Sparrow Falls was truly moving.
